We are an independent private consultancy providing professional assistance for FSSAI registration and licensing processes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) or any government authority.

Our role is limited to documentation support, application filing, follow-up coordination, and procedural guidance. Final approval, issuance, rejection, or modification of any registration or license is solely at the discretion of the concerned Government Authority.

Scope of FSSAI Assistance

 FSSAI refers to priority handling and expedited processing of your application from our side. We aim to prepare and submit eligible applications within 24 hours, subject to receipt of complete and accurate documents.

Tatkal service does not guarantee approval within 24 hours, as government processing timelines, inspections, and verification procedures are beyond our control. Additional clarifications or documents requested by authorities must be promptly provided by the applicant.

Application Process & Timeline

Step 1: Client submits required details and documents through the form or directly to our team.
Step 2: Our team verifies the documents for completeness and eligibility.
Step 3: Application is prepared and filed on the official FSSAI portal.
Step 4: Acknowledgment/Application reference number is shared with the client.
Step 5: We coordinate for any clarification, modification, or inspection requirements raised by authorities.

Processing timelines depend on government verification procedures. We are not liable for delays caused by portal issues, authority backlogs, inspection scheduling, or force majeure events.

Client Responsibilities & Document Requirements

The applicant must provide accurate, genuine, and complete information. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete details may result in rejection, suspension, penalty, or legal consequences by authorities.

The client is solely responsible for compliance with food safety laws, operational standards, hygiene requirements, and renewal timelines. Our consultancy service does not replace statutory compliance obligations under FSSAI regulations.

Payments Refund Policy & Legal Disclaimer

Service charges are for consultancy, documentation, and application facilitation services only. Government fees, if applicable, are separate unless explicitly stated.

All consultancy fees are non-refundable once the application process has been initiated. Payment does not guarantee approval of registration or license.

By engaging our services, the client agrees that our liability is limited strictly to the service fee paid and excludes indirect, consequential, or regulatory losses arising from government decisions.

Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution

Our consultancy services are provided in good faith based on the information submitted by the applicant. We shall not be held liable for rejection, suspension, cancellation, penalties, delays, or any regulatory action taken by the Government Authority.

In no event shall our liability exceed the total consultancy fee paid for the specific service. Any disputes arising out of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in our principal place of business.
